π Exchange Policy
All items sold are non-refundable.
However, we do allow exchanges under the following conditions:
β What Can Be Exchanged
β’ Regular-priced items only
(Sale / promotional / clearance items are not eligible)
β’ Size or fitting exchange is accepted
β’ Defective items (e.g. torn fabric or obvious stains)
π For defective items, please send us a clear photo via WhatsApp for verification.
Minor imperfections (such as loose threads or very slight marks that do not affect overall appearance) will not be considered as defects.
β Important Notes
β’ White items are strictly not eligible for exchange.
White pieces are delicate and easily stained during fitting. To ensure hygiene and fairness to all customers, we are unable to accept exchanges for white products.
β’ Exchange is subject to size availability.
β’ Size exchange only (no refunds).
π¦ Exchange Conditions
To qualify for exchange, items must:
β’ Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
β’ Have all original tags attached
β’ Be in original condition
Items must be mailed back within 7 days from the date you receive them.
We reserve the right to reject exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
π Shipping
β’ Return shipping fees are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
β’ We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method (especially for parcels above RM100).
β’ Sportantz will not be responsible for lost return parcels.
π¨ Color Disclaimer
Please note that actual product colors may vary slightly due to lighting and different screen displays.
We try our best to display colors as accurately as possible. Exchange requests due to color variation will not be accepted.
