An email with tracking info will be sent to you once your item has been shipped. items will be shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays). Our products are shipped Monday through Friday excluding excluding weekends and local public holidays.
If you do not receive your parcel within 3 working days, please track your parcel with the provided tracking number and arrange for re-delivery with post office or self-collect at the allocated post office if the postman’s attempted delivery was unsuccessfully. All parcels will be returned to us if undelivered for 10 working days. Do note that we are not responsible for the re-delivery charges. Please track your parcel once it is mailed out.
