Q. How to successfully place order on our site?
To Place orders:-
Step 1:
Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other items into your cart or click “View cart” to View those items that you previously added.
Step 2:
Click “Check out” proceed to Delivery Method
Click “Shipping (Delivery)” to Key in your shipping address, then click "Continue".
Click “Pickup” to key in your billing address, then click "Continue".
Step 3:
Select preferred shipping and Click "Continue".
Step 4:
Check your shipping and billing address
"Choose Payment Method" . choose one of the payment method that easiest to you. then click "Place Order Now".
Step 5:
Congrats! you're successfully place an order.

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
- Please send an email to our customers service email at wilson@sportantz.com with the message title “Request to cancelorder” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.

Yes, you can exchange the size, but the both way postage is borne by buyer. More detail please refer exchange policy.
