How wholesale and agent place order
How agents place order direct through website. 代理如何下单。
Things should know when place order:
1. Login into your account.
2. Add those products you want(color, size , quantity) into cart then check your order in shopping cart.
3. Proceed to check out page.
4. During check out page, key in the correct shipping address (your customers address) then applied your agent's code.
5. Select the shipping method.
6. Select your payment method. we accept credit card, online banking(i.e. maybank2u, cimbclick), bank transfer.
- Want to use credit card please select PAYPAL as payment method.
- Online banking please select IPAY88 as payment method.
- Bank transfer please select BANK TRANSFER/CASH DEPOSIT as payment method.
7. After done your payment. we will proceed your order on next working days.
8. You can check the order status in your account.
- Fulfillment Status - Unfulfilled means that your order haven't ship out.
- Fulfillment Status - Fulfilled means that your order have shipped out.
Tracking number will send to your email.
代理下单需注意事项:
1. 登入你的账号。
2. 把你要下的产品(颜色，size，数量) 加进购物车内。
3. 加完产品了， 到购物车内按"退房"
4. 请输入正确的邮寄地址(你顾客的地址)，然后输入你的“代理折扣码”。
5. 选择你的邮寄方式。
6. 选择你的付款方式，我们接受信用卡， Online banking(如：maybank2u, cimblick)， 银行转账。
- 要使用“信用卡”请选择PAYPAL 为你的付款方式。
- 要使用“Online banking” 请选择 IPAY88 为你的付款方式。
- 要使用“银行转账” 请选择 BANK TRANSFER/CASH DEPOSIT 为你的付款方式。
7. 完成付款后，我们会在当天或隔天工作日处理你的订单。
8. 可以在你的账号追踪订单状态。
履行情况 显示“完成” 代表你的订单已寄出。
Tracking number 会发去你的email。
