Regarding delivery delaying in Ramadan period. 

During the MCO & Ramadan period, major logistics companies operations hours have shortened and the volume of packages has increased. Various factors have led to delays in package delivery time and even system paralysis.

Our company Sportantz ships as usual every day, usually 1-2 working days to our courier partner skynet / poslaju.
The normal parcel delivery time is 1-3 working days. But during this unusual period, it may be postponed to 3-9 working days. If you facing parcel delivery delayed, or there is a problem. I hope that dear customers don't blame us, because the delivery of logistics companies is beyond our control. But you can contact our customer service, we will try our best to help follow up the delivery status, I hope everyone can give more patience at this unusual time🙏
